Are you ready to transform your body? This Dance Fitness class with  Moderate to High Intensity Interval Training could well be your next favourite thing! Designed to improve strength, coordination and wellbeing, this class is guaranteed to take your fitness to the next level. No Dance experience required and suitably adapted to all fitness levels.

VIRTUAL Stretch Class
Take a load of your body , mind and stress factor as we enjoy 30 minutes of stretching in the comfort of your own home via Zoom. Put on some stretchy clothes and grab a mat or soft place to kneel or sit on and a dining chair to use for balance and seated stretching options. But don't expect a soft Bird Song or Whale sounds ... my playlists are fun and themed and great to play out loud for the whole household.
